Ever seen this ?

I have the name of a make and "model" for this car, but I cannot guarantee that they are correct.

Modified 1935 9HP Singer is right, and you deserve two points for finding a more correct name: I has seen it as a "1935 Singer pirate lorry" on a forum, and I'm not the author of that photoshopping. Some joker is. That's why I didn't trust that source very much.
I'd love it if the propellers were functional, but there is little hope.
