Hi, this is the Hannibal Roadsters, by Kozma Manufacturing introduced in the USA by Fiberfab US.

Kozma Manufacturing???
There was a guy, named Kozma, who has drawed this car, and give money to build it, but the construction was made by a car mechanical, János Bartos, and the plastic bodywork was made by István Urbán. It has Ford Escort Cosworth engine, Ford Sierra Cosworth transmission, the other parts was from different Opel cars. This was a unique car, not a kit.
The Fiberfab really build this car??

I do not understand the language in the pag where the first pic cames from, but where was the second one (http://www.nolinks.us/) it's written "In Spring of 2008, Z.Kozma Manufacturing will be Basing its US Operations at our Location in La Pine,Oregon,
this move will open US Markets to the:Hannibal Roadsters, Kozma Super-Sevens, and a Complete line of Trailers,
additional items available are: Speciality Food Vendor Carts, Display Items, Furniture...."

Well, we still have to wait for the answer by @re, but from the pics you can see that the first one is not quite the same than the second, that's why in my answer I mentioned both manufacturers, the Kozma and the Fiberfab US. I found the first pic in another site, but I'm not able to translate it, if you Google Kozma + Hannibal you will see....

The two car is almost the same, and the car is Kozma Hannibal, it's sure. It was an interesting project around 2000 in the Hungarian car scene. I was just surprised, that the Fiberfab has assumed to build it.

I beg to differ, the two cars are different, starting from the wheels, the rear part of the side (http://www.nolinks.html ) and even in the front grille, and that's what you can see from the small pic from my link. The second pic should be an Hannibal Roadster made by Fiberfab US under Kozma license, and the first one should be the original design, the Kozma Hannibal. Anyway, we are spending to much words upon a ...car... like this

The Sigma:

"In the second half, of the 1980's, the wind of change was appreciable, the political atmosphere was ease. There was a question: "What will be after Polski Fiat and Trabant?" The Tiszántúli Autójavító Vállalat in Túrkeve, lead by the industrial designer, József Csathó, has developed during 1989, and interesting small car, based on the Polski Fiat 126p. The three-seater car, named "Sigma" has foregone the McLaren F1, because the drivers seat was in the middle front of the car, and the passengers seats was sidewards behind them. The car was exhibited in the BNV (Budapesti Nemzetközi Vásár, International Fair Budapest), but the visitors named a foolish price for it. So the project was shattered."

I think you guys have already shed more light on this matter than I can, but the puzzle was originally for the original Kozma car. When I needed a picture from another angle I used a Fiberfab pic because the cars are clearly cut off the same block - the first one is more like a prototype, although it was intended to be a one-off. It's certainly an interesting design, anyway!

If I am allowed, let me add that he has achieved this in just elevent months, having registered the 29th september 2007. Amazing! About 1,2 solved puzzle a day.

Thank you, I was supposed to be home at the end of September, but I've got no change, so I'm waiting for another contoller from Italy....probably at the end of October...but with you guys I feel (almost) at home!

Looking at the thread, it seems the story has not been explained yet - and the Sigma got mentioned.
So
Let's go back to the 1990s when a young but very ambitious young man, named Zoltan Kozma decided to build his own Sevenesque car. It was based on a Lotus 7-replica chassis and thanks to one of its sponsors, it featured a Ford Cosworth engine.
It remained a prototype. Zoltan Kozma was not able to realise his dream of producing the car in small series. He went on to work in the US of A. He got in touch with various kitcar companies and later built cars for movies, also various truck bodies etc. All along he kept his Hanibal and upgraded it. Now he's building trailers and alternates his time between Germany and Hungary. There is a chance that with support from a German company a reworked Hanibal may be produced in smaller series after all.
