This is the russian (Kombat) OHTA prototype car, built by Gennadi Chainow and Dmitri Parfjonow from St.Petersburg (then Leningrad), shown in Geneva in 1987

Today Mr. Parfjonow builds armored luxury SUVīs:

That's the car! I had it listed as the Dragon Motor Oxta, because the company that built the prototype was called Dragon Motor. Today, they build sporty off-roaders on UAZ chassis.

To be very correct it was the product of "OOO Avtokad", thatīs been founded by initiative of Mikhail Gorbachev as he got the new leader of the USSR in 1985

One of the first offsprings was the OHTA or Охта in russian. One websources even claims that some numbers of them have been built...
