This car is (quite closely) related to a car in another puzzle (not one of mine) that was solved not very long ago.

All right, let's give some clues here. The manufacturer of this one is well-known, if not exactly for this kind of vehicle. It is situated in a country where the cars tend to travel in a different way than in most countries.

It's the Frazer Nash Solar Baby.

Incidentally, when I called Frazer Nash a few years ago about the car (the company still exists), they tried to deny its existence!
