Not one guess for almost two monts = promoted! Although I have a feeling that this might be a bit too easy for the Experts.

This is the Volvo experimental Taxi project from 1976.

Yes! Built by whom?

As far as I can find out the design was the winner of a competition by the Museum of Modern Art in New York and Volvo built one car.

I think this vehicle was built by Coggiola and is the New York Taxi as previously stated.
