I don't have very much information on this, either - but in my own humble opinion just telling me that you've seen the car before isn't quite enough to earn you a point  ;)

That one is local to me. A very interesting homebuilt car made to resemble the Chrysler Atlantic concept car. Very well done. Owner shaped all the metal by hand and claimed only 10,000 hours! The frame I think is some early 80s or late 70s full frame Chrysler. The same guy built the Duesenberg replica from scratch. Looks to be taken at the A&W event in Calgary.

Here is the rear

I'm leaning towards giving you the point here, because this is obviously the car, but do you know the name of the creation? I've got one, but that might well be wrong. Also, if you could tell me what kind of powerplant that is under the hood, I'd be delighted (probably delighted enough to give you the point)  ;)

Let me re-phrase that! Actually, I'm pretty sure of the name of the creation, which the (quite famous) owner of this car revealed on his own web page. The owner is not the same guy that built the car - and it's built on something else than a Chrysler, or so it says on that same web page.

It is built on a 1986 Lincoln chassis and has a Ford 5L engine for power. Car finished in 1995.

Its named Atlantis as far as I know.

ah must have been sold to Leno since I saw it last. The guy who built it was quite elderly. His wife usually brought the car out to the shows. Do you have that link?

It says on the web page that the guy he bought it from was in his seventies, so that sounds about right. And boy, does Leno have a collection...

The link: Here you go!

....nolinks....

Looks like to me a gallery of "reader's ride" not cars actually owned by Leno. I suspect some just added for the owner.
