Would I get a point if said it is NCF Traka?

Actually, you wouldn't, because it isn't. They are obviously related, but the sources say that the Traka is based on a Range Rover chassis, and this one is not. Should be possible to solve this with a little further digging, though!

You say no  I say: It MUST be Blitzworld Outback.. If not then..

But this is a strange one! According to the official websites of those two manufacturers, the NCF Traka is based on a Range Rover chassis, while the Blitzworld Outbak is based on a short wheelbase Suzuki Vitara chassis. I'd say that must be quite a big difference, but still the cars look extremely similar. Hm!
