This is a bit different!
I expect you to recognize the make and model of this car quite easily. But in addition, I'd like to know who customized it, and when?

I looks like something from Ford's "bubbles, pipes and ovals" period.
...or an Infiniti.
No idea on the model name, however.

You're on to something. But sidepipes is not a factory option...

And that would make this car a what?

I do know his deora and the twin Mill as I´ve played with the little HotWheels cars as a boy. Maybe this one started its live as a Hot wheels design, too?

I'm sorry...I forgot! It's an Infiniti J30...I don't recall if it had a specific name assigned to it.

Correct! I was very curious to see whether anybody else remembered this - it was featured in Car&Driver in 1995, and I don't think there was any particular model designation associated with it, apart from Infiniti J30. I had it listed under ACCD, which is possibly because Mr. Bentley taught design at the Art Center College of Design, and it is possible that this car has something to do with that college.
Anybody got any more pictures of it?
-
Couldn't find any pics, but I remember this car from AUTOWEEK . I always thought the J 30 was an unusual looking car, and never thought anybody would ever customize one. It wasn't bad at all, especially considering what there was to begin with...
