There is a certain resemblance. There is, however, nothing missing, and it is not a Peugeot :)

The brazilian Sta.Mathilde Mk.3 was looking quite similar, but I´m not sure

As far as I know, there is no relation between the two. I give no guarantees, though, as I haven't managed to dig up many facts on this one.
