The other two on the right are Lurani and Eyston.
Three MG were entered in the 1933 Mille Miglia - Eyston/Lurani - Howe/Hamilton and Rubin/Birkin. Eyston/Lurani won the 1100cc class and came 21st o/a.  Nuvolari was so impressed the he drove one of the little car at the Ards Tourist Trophy in September 1933. He won the event on handicap and was 2nd on scratch.

You cut out Eugenio Siena, who is standing in the original photo on Howe's right hand side. He was engineer and tester for Enzo Ferrari. Had me confused for a milli-second, didn't look like the impressive figure of Howe.
I must be right - that's what it says on Wikipedia
