It's not coming from the USA and probably it will never go there!

Not a VW concept and not an official project of any big company, but a project for a big company...I'm looking for the name behind this project, I'm not sure that this car has a name! (I'm going to change the initial question....)

So is it at least a mock-up or just a rendering?

Not for BMW.
This is the only pic I found and probably it's just a static mock-up.

I'll follow you 'till my time will let me, but I do not think that this will be a good strategy, for a very good reason (but I won't tell you...)....
no, not Opel

I think that was the last manufacturer guessed by me, I'll try to think the other way, since I am quite sure I have seen this oddity somewhere

I'm sure you saw this very pic in that page!...
You can think why it won't help you try to guess the manufacturer one-by-one.......and it's not so new, with the pic there is no year, but I'll guess late 80's...
