I'd be surprised if it were, although the front wings are a bit like a 14 Sports.
The wheels look like Jaguar, but with different hubcaps; the bonnet-top probably has carburettor(s) in it.
Perhaps it's based on the Daimler V8 250 but it looks earlier

1948 Barrow Roadster. Built on Vauxhall chassis, with a 6-cylinder Vauxhall engine.
