Funny that, I did a search in Solved Auto Puzzles for this car before I posted it and came up with a nil result.  Maybe I mistyped the name.  After all, I'm not the world's greatest typist.

It's a Zvezda-5 ('Star-5') record car built by Alexander Peltzer in 1955 in USSR.  :)
