From what is now a Chrysler brand, but not at the time this car was built.
Maxwell, Chalmers... I expected that a little. Don't tell, don't tell, I stiil may stumble upon it.

That should leave us Dodge Brothers. They seemed to have 5 bolts wheels, like this one (the Maxwell had 6 bolts). Stillhaven't found the car and can't tell the year, but from what I see the dash matches the 1924 Dodge unit.

And this 1924 Dodge racer has the same wheesls, hood and frame I'd say, although the rear is different.

Ray, that's close enough for me! The yellow car is a 1922 Dodge with a special boat-tail body. Nicely done - you really kept after this one!

I'll tally up the points this weekend.

Thanks a lot for those sweet words, Otto!
My acceptance speech will be short:
First, I am now forbidden to post in the expert section now. Will it be a relief or an ordeal? Will I gain a little peace of mind? Time will tell. But I seize the occasion to post a comment concerning Allan L's "Cars and Towns again", in the said expert section. You wrote, Allan "The Simca may well be as Dynamike says, but it came off the SIMCA Car Club Australia site so just possibly there is some Australian variation there. However Ray B., who is French, after all, identified it. " Believe me, Dynamike, although a Dutchman, is a much better identifier of french cars than myself.
Second, being a professional now, do I have the right to a little nitpicking once in a while? (for instance, Otto, why do you write that Car#3 is a Buick after having said it was a Dodge).
Third, I don't remember the third...

Otto, I remember that we got our points on this one, but you forgot to move it.

There so much traffic now with all the new guys it's hard to keep track of everything.
