That's either the Wolseley "Moth" Brooklands racer, or the replica made by Colin Thomas.

I can't lay my hands on the reference I took this from at the moment, but from recollection this is an original rather than a replica.  Either way, you're right, it's a Wolseley "Moth" Brooklands racer.
