Looks like a Mazzieri Micron. But racing? A 20hp, 70kph electric vehicle? :D :D

As long as it is racing against other electric cars, I thought, why not?

However, this seems to have been a demonstration run at Monza, where the car was (allegedly) clocked at 160 kmh.
