I know what location 4 is and number 10, too, but can't match any of the cars....
Number 10 is the city coat of arms of a particular city I know. Is the car's name the same? 

location = particular city, island etc. or could it be also the name of a building, place, monument etc.?

The coat of arms in #10 is indeed linked to a city. The name of the city is part of the name of the car.

This is a general clue: If you think you know the car and can't match it to any of the cities, why not try to find out if the car could be known by more than one name?

Just if You want to give potential points for someone else.. I also have similar problem with another puzzle.. still can't find if my assumption about the correct pair is right. I know the car and place but just can't find what picture it is
