Yes, it's a 1971 Austin 1800 Utility - or, to be more precise, a 1971 Austin 1800 Mark II Utility.  I won't insist on the answer having to say whether it was a Mark I or a Mark II, as the rear of both was the same, unlike the Mark I and Mark II sedans, which had different tail-lights.
