Another puzzle from me.  Can anyone tell us what this is?  Make and model please.

I see the name Indio on the grille, and the Montevideo number plate.  Indio made passenger cars in Uruguay until 1977, but I can find no reference to a sports car.  It looks like a kit car, I'm at a dead end.

In 1980 Guitolar from Uruguay built a prototype basedj on Chrysler mechanics. Maybe it is it?
