1967 Velacia Mk2 by Jim Bennett (made in Australia).

It had MGB running gear and V8 engine. The body was made from fiberglass.

P.S. I didn't know that car before I become member of AutoPuzzles => AutoPuzzles gives results!  :D

Correct! And I agree, Autopuzzles has been a huge eye-opener for me too. Makes you all googly that the internet was invented
