Is this the Paul Etienne Lincoln Panhard engined one-off of 1976?

It isn't really right to say that it's "of 1976", though, because it's been extensively modified numerous times for the following 30 years. A source describes it as the "1976-2006 Panhard Special".

The point is yours, obviously!
