Itīs a Fiat 500 based FART ( :D) Break. Very stylish - just have a look at its rear light.

This is the exceedingly unfortunately named FART Breack (note the unusual spelling) made by Fabbrica Autoveicoli Rimorchi Torino in 1965.

Reminds me of the Spinal Tap song, 'Break like the Wind'
