"The Box" All Wheel Steer by Dan Hanebrink and Mat van Leeuwen from California. It was powered by a 500cc Kawasaki two-stroke engine with 60HP.

Correct!

It was offered for sale under the brand name Monocoque

And could be bought with amphibious paddles...
