Can you identify this car? One clue: it looks older than it is

Seems to be an early retroclassic Fiat-based thing from the late 60s or 70s. Maybe there´s a rear-engined Fiat 500/600 or even 850 underneith?

If you modify your first post and change the header to something including the name of the car, things get a bit easier when you're searching to find out if a car has been posted before or not  :)

I'm probably being thick but how do I change the header, as you suggest?

I'll do a better thing...I'll translate you what's on my book of Fiat specials where I found this one.
That site has nothing to do with cars. Spazio Verde is a place where you can find campers, pools, gazebo, etc. Roberto e Vittorio Zanella joined that place as partners in 1997 and in 2000 they became the owners. The text says that the Zanella family was well known in Parma and in the whole italy for the Carrozzeria Zanella.
The only info about the car is:
Auto Carrozzeria F.lii Zanella: ERINA la macchina dei giovani
"Auto Carrozzeria Zanelli Brothers: ERINA young people's car".
