What's the make and model designation of this car?

Zut Alors! This is a Queron 240GT, the fourth-generation of Queron sport/rally car, made in Lyon, France, and sold for a short time by Quantum Sports Cars in the UK.

The correct name should be Anima 420TLE (for 'transversale', the other Anima were 'longitudinal'):
