Is it MT4-2AD, engine 1500TN ?
Here is all the other info I could gather: chassis N°1159, engine N°1522.
"O.S.C.A. was the company the Maserati brothers set up after selling the Maserati factory to Orsi. They specialized in racing cars. This record breacker is probably one of the least known of all O.S.C.A.s, although it set no less than 18 International Records in the F Class (1.500 cc) on the Bonneville Salt Flats in 1955. Drivers were Indy ace Tony Bettenhausen and Marshall Lewis."

"engine n. 1522. 1955 cyl. 1500 cm3, body aerodinamica, -1955 James Simpson (USA); car speciale da record USA without engine and with modified chassis 1995 Italy .2000 car sold to Germany

A well deserved point!  ;D

Strange that one source mentions Tony Bettenhausen and Marshall Lewis and the other James Simpson.
Be that as it may , the car is recently for sale here:
