1- One of the oddest cars I've seen.
2- It should be easy because the car behind is Paul Arzens' "La Baleine" and the picture seems to have been take in the Schlumpf Museum where it is (or was).
3- I can't find another picture with those cars together and a name for #966

That's a Scott Sociable of the early 1920s (1921-6, say) made by the maker of the renowned Scott motorcycle.

I am happy that you found it because all I had was this picture and where it should be there was only these two blue cars.
I found another image of that thing and I am relieved. I thought it was a car who had lost a wheel, and it seems it's more like a side-car.
