Solved JJ #34: Wolseley Hornet Special, bodied by Parallite 1932
« on: November 17, 2008, 08:31:34 PM »
Another puzzle from me.  Can anyone tell us what make and model this is and the name given by the coachbuiler to this particular body style (although I'm not sure if style is the right word)?

I can see why you said that but no, it's not a Voisin.

Those front pontoon fenders remind me vaguely of the Voisin C28 Aerosport...

I think I'd classify it as odd, but not ugly.

Hey, at least they were trying something different! :)
