A Dutch Beetle-based buggy called BGF (it's listed in the book 'Autodesign in Nederland' by Jan Lammerse).

Well done, it's the BGF Buggy from the Netherlands, made in 1972 and based on a 2CV

Thanks  :) Btw, not based on a 2CV... Those have three-bolt wheels and when you turn the front wheels to the right or left, they won't stay vertical, like visible in the first pic here: http://www.2cv.nl/historie/belgen.html
