at first i was thinking the lines of this looked rather british, and i was thinking of morris, austin etc, but then i noticed the side indicator, which is the same as the ones on a 50's mercedes benz owned by someone who lives near me, so i googled "mercedes benz pick-up" (well, actually the first thing i googled was "mercedes benz ute", but that got no results...) and found this:
