Welcome to AutoPuzzles, CJ.

This is indeed the Ford Carrousel concept, a short wheelbase luxury van developed in parallel with the MiniMax front-drive minivan concept, the latter of which Ford also didn't put into production, and was later taken by Hal Sperlich to Chrysler.
