Information is sketchy, but I think it is German.   :bag:

Recognized the unusually-shaped numberplate. It doesn't help me much, though - unless it's some sort of unknown Velorex.

I found another picture of the car, from another angle. Unfortunately, it is labelled as "unidentified". So, that doesn't really help either :)

Hoba I from 1975, based on a Velorex. In 1979 there was also a even more modern looking Hoba II.

I found that picture, too (here: <<< Linked Deleted >>>), but I couldn't identify it, which meant there was no point in posting it - as I wouldn't get a point for that as long as I couldn't say which car it was, and posting it would only be a help to others who might recognize it from that picture... Now that you've told me, I can see that it says Hoba, but I thought that first letter was an 'M' - and 'Moba' didn't help me in my search  :)

That second site there has some interesting pictures. Should this one be moved to the 'Risque' section?  :D
