I know you want more than just a '59 Opel Rekord/Olympia cabrio, but that's all I can come up with

It is one of a small number of Opel Rekord P1 2 door coupes made into convertibles by Autenrieth of Darmstadt, Germany in 1959-60.  Tailfins were added as was an extra chrome strip on the side.
