There's something Toronado-ish about this. David North involved?

I'm following the same trial, few months ago I was searching for some info about the Expo 67-X and I fount a site with this car...now I can't remember the site with the toronado specials...(it's not  this <<< link removed >>> ) but I remember that it was there!

I was wrong twice...it wasn't few months ago but few days and I was not searching for a Toronado concept...
This is a Cadillac by Wayne Cady.
"Renderings often toyed with open or semi-open concepts. Wayne Cady, for example, sketched a concept car that was rather reminiscent of Classic 1930s speedsters. The circa 1963 concept car featured an open V-16, wore "Cyclone" badges, and had a plethora of hood air intakes. The rakish perimeter windscreen harmonized with the Buick-style bodyside "sweepspear" lines, but it would have been far too costly for series production."
