I think this is called a Pachiaudi Bugey-Bug.

I'm willing to give you a point for that - however, I don't think Bugey-Bug is the name it was given by its manufacturer. Another try?

Not sure what you've got for this one. I've found a picture of the same car from a different angle and it has Bugey Bug on the side. Pachiaudi also produced(?)something called a Milbug but I don't know much about it and haven't found a picture but I think it is related.

Ok - I have this one listed as the Pachiaudi RTC-4, which is also what it was filed as in the German Auto Katalog (which is usually never wrong). But all right - the point is yours
