Hi, is that a Talbot 75 from 1932?

1931, to be exact. This one was ID'd as a Talbot 75 'Fulgar' (not to be confused with the more modern concept vehicles of the same neame) on the site where I found it. I'll look it up when I get home.

If you say so, but it has almost nothing in common with any Talbot 75 I've ever seen or seen photos of.
Opinionated but sometimes wrong

It's a lot less fulgar than the neo-classics I've posted...  ;D
