It's a special bodied 1940 Nash. I just have to find the coachbuilder. There is something that makes me think of "Dutch" Darrin.

It's a 1940 Nash Ambassador convertible, model 4081, created from a standard model by stylist Count Alexis de Sahknovsky.
It is sometimes referred as a "1940 Nash Playcar".
