Very hard puzzle, but it is Cezch microcar named Ilore :-) I recommend everybody to check this site that highlights even more never heard Cezch microcars: <<< link removed >>>

I would also like to ask Otto Puzzell to share his information with us :-) any other links maybe?

If he does it it would be a proof of great magnanimity. How can we keep finding unsolvable puzzles if we share our links?

I personnally do it only everytime I break a leg.

AutoPuzzles etiquette also frowns on posting the source where a puzzler believes they found a solution as a form of 'proof' that they are correct.

Once I have exhausted a source of puzzles, I will post it as a credit in a solved puzzle, in deference to the copyright of the image owner (if there is one).

FWIW, I have no further information on this little car.
