Hi, that is Bill Burk's fiberglass record holder powered by an Ardun-Mercury engine and built by C&T automotive.

Hi, on the front of the car there is C & T Automotive, the builder, the engine is an Ardun-Mercury, the driver is Bill Burke, the year 1954, the place is Bonneville...is "Mighty Mouse" what are you looking for? It is written below C&T Aut...

That is what I found googling around...
Bill Burke, father of the belly tank was a pioneer in fibreglass construction, In fact he borrowed & copied=took a mold off of Bob Petersens "Cistalia" Gull winged sports car in like 1954-55.That car ran Bonneville and was sponsored by Sonny's Muffler.
Flathead V8 powered.
It is the Allied Coupe...
I can't go further before I solve my problems with the net...I'll post my other pics of this car...
