This is one of Franco Sbarro's wild creations. It's from 2001, and it is called the Family Dragster.

Here's another puzzle from me. It should be easy... You know the drill: Make and model (if you can call it that...). But in this case I'll have to ask you too which engine it uses. It's quite recognisable so I'll only add the deserved point when these 3 informations are given.

BTW, have you ever seen his Renault 5 6x6? Or his twin cycle-engined Scorpio? Or the hubless Osmos? Love that guy (at least it's not a complete crack nut like Luigi Colani...)
