I might not be right, but I think this is in fact the 1977 Quincy-Lynn Urba Electric. The Urbacar of 1975 didn't look the same. I'm attaching a picture of each:

Well, it is an UrbaCar, which originated as a build-it-yourself car that was featured in Mechanix Illustrated magazine. I wasn't 100% sure on the manufacturer, and assumed it had been built by more than one company (as most of these home-built electrics tend to be). I gave Arunas the benefit of the doubt on the manufacturer, but am willing to pony up another point if a definitive ID of the brand is posted herein.

I wasn't after any points, I just corrected what I thought was wrong, but it appears you're right and I'm way off  :-[

- my source is clearly a bit unreliable on this matter. Attached are scans of four pages of an old issue of Alternative Cars, on Quincy-Lynn - as you can see, the same car is called the Urbacar, the Urba Car and the Urba Electric. Confusing...
