It must be a styling study for the 1958 Edsel Pacer.  The greenhouse is Ford Fairlane, so it is the junior Edsel.  The top of the rear quarters is very much like the final product, as is the front end.

I don't about junior, but you are correct - this is a clay styling model from 1955 that would evolve into the Edsel.
