It's a Gentile - Latin-American (Argentinian?) car with Chevrolet engine.

BTW, it could be called Gargantini - I'm not sure in the name...

This is indeed the Gentile-Chevrolet for the argentinian pilot "Gaucho" Jorge Martínez Boero.
