This is the recreation of the C1929 Maserati Tipo V4 "Sedici Cilindri", built  by Anthony Hartley. It has a V16 engine.

Pretty well correct, that's the car and that's how the engine is described.

I think both cranks run in the same crankcase and are geared together so it is nearly a V16.
