Horch? It's quite similar to this, which is supposedly a Type 31/60 built by Sachsenring Coachbuilders. It's not exactly the same, though, so it could be a different coachbuilder. Am I even warm?

Yes it's a Horch, though a slightly smaller model that the one you found. 18/22 I think, like this one http://www.audi-fansite.de/audi-news/20060721-horch.jpg
