This looks like one of the Polish Nysa vans based on the Warszawa. Not sure of the model, either a N-521, or N-522 (both look the same), probably with an "S" on the end as it looks like some sort of ambulance.

Correct, it's a Nysa N-522. These cars was used as ambulance, until the mid-eighties in Hungary. The point is yours!
