Park a Porsche Boxster or 911 in a room, let Mr. Colani in, lock the door for a while and - voila...

Could have been, yes!

There's no Porsche parts in this, though, and it's not Mr. Colani's work.

Believe it or not, this is a very obscure piece of work from the design division of one of the world's major automobile manufacturers. And I have only seen it mentioned once - so I'm almost willing to believe that it's something else than it's supposed to be, but until the opposite has been proved, I want the manufacturer and model designation that I've been told is correct.

Man, this is the Mazda 241 Concept Car...

Does anyone know when this one was released? The design looks very 1990īs, but my russian source claims it to be a 2007 product.

EDIT: The only thing Iīve found out is the fact that it seems to be the work of a pre 1999 graduate of the Royal College of Art in London.

Yes! I had it listed as the Mazda 241 of the 1990s, and that's about all I have been able to dig up.

The point is yours!
