[My comment was just be cause sometimes I have an idea but in most of the cases no clue on US cars...

Back to no. 13. Is this a Eustace Watkins Daytona type Wolseley Hornet Special?

Erbas, you're putting a lot of us American puzzlers to shame on this puzzle...Dan
One day we will have a puzzle with cars from Europe and it will not be much easier....
12: this one is the toughest carquiz I have ever seen the only detail I can see is the rear window, so I have checked Ford Consul (UK), Ford Capri (Europe), E-Type, 911, I do not believe any of these are correct

The front of the car is toward the lower left of thie picture. The shape of the rear quarter window should be the most help in ID'ing this one. This car's moniker was revived by this manufacturer, and another in Europe, more than once. With that nice juicy pitch right down the middle of the plate, I'm going to ask for make, model and model year for #12.
5: International about 1939 ?
Is No. 17 a Triumph Spitfire?
#9= 1957 Cadillac (I believe series 62)
I'm guessing that #10 is a Lancia Dilambda.
