I was htinking possibly the BRM P401 as well.
I have an old issue of car and driver from 1990 that detailed all the upcoming supercar projects and the BRM sketch looks similar.

Yes, BRM P401 seems correct to me, though it probably got no further than this scale model which I believe came out in 1992.
