GTC #67 SOLVED: 1996 Citroen by Per Ivar Selvaag

Seen this vehicle before?

I don't know the name of it, but I know the manufacturer and designer, so I'd like those in return for 1 point.
The name is always welcome too of course.

Good luck!

I'm not sure that it has a name. I think it won a Citroen-sponsored competition in 1996
